Epilogue (終章, Shuushou?) is the epilogue of Volume 2 of the My Happy Marriage series.
Summary[]
Miyo cooks breakfast for Kiyoka. Now that Miyo has grown accustomed to life in the house, they had started asking Yurie to come later in the day. Her lessons with Hazuki continue, though they have decreased in frequency.
When Miyo sees Kiyoka off to work, she notices that his hair tie has come loose and reties it for him. When Kiyoka turns around, the two get flustered at the proximity between their faces. They are interrupted by the arrival of Arata. Miyo hadn't heard from the Usubas since Kiyoka regained consciousness. For breaking the Usubas' code, Arata entered voluntary house arrest for three weeks, but Takaihito made a personal visit to the Usubas' house and told them that he would rethink the Usubas' way of life.
Arata proposes that he becomes Miyo's bodyguard, as Kiyoka can't always be around to protect her due to his work. Kiyoka tersely tells him that he'll think about it. Hazuki shows up, and she and Arata start chatting. Seeing how exhausted Kiyoka looks, Miyo pats Kiyoka on the head to cheer him up. Kiyoka kisses her on the forehead and quickly leaves, with Miyo not quite knowing what happened and Hazuki and Arata amused.
