Healing (治癒, Chiyu?) is the supernatural ability to alleviate or ameliorating injury.
Description[]
Supernatural healing is a remarkable ability capable of instantly treating various injuries. However, it remains ineffective against poisons or diseases.
A Gifted individual possessing this power can activate it by placing their hands on a wound and closing their eyes in deep concentration.
From their palms, they emit a fine, powdery substance resembling dim light, which smoothly melds into the injury. It heals the wound in the blink of an eye.[1]
Currently, Hazuki possesses this ability. The skill is less a product of the Kudou family and more an inheritance from her mother, Fuyu Kudou.[1]
Plot[]
Volume 5[]
During Kiyoka Kudou's duel with Arata Usuba, the latter successfully hits the former's upper right arm early on with a revolver shot, causing it to burst open and blood pouring out of him. Following his eventual defeat, Kiyoka is repelled from inside the Usuba house's barrier and forcefully ejected, after which he returns home in a complete daze, sitting idle until dawn broke. After a while, his sister Hazuki Kudou, arrives for Miyo Saimori’s lessons and shrieks upon seeing the injury. After hearing his explanation and slapping him, Hazuki roughly rolls up Kiyoka’s shirtsleeve, glaring at the wound. The blood has already dried, but the untreated injury is red and hot to the touch. Though the injury itself is shallow, the mixture of burned skin, scratches, and lacerations has turned into a mess. Hazuki uses her healing ability to heal his limb instantly.[1]
